Job Description

The assistant should accurately capture, update, and maintain all client information, interactions, policies, and tasks on the CRM and related systems, ensuring records are complete, compliant, and up to date. They should assist with preparing quotations, policy schedules, applications, reviews, and meeting packs, as well as coordinating appointments and managing follow-up actions arising from client meetings.

Role requires strong client service and compliance awareness, including handling routine client enquiries, tracking deadlines, supporting advisers with documentation and FICA requirements, and ensuring workflows are followed so that the CFP can focus on advice, strategy, and client relationships.
