This includes analysing client information, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate insurance products, investment strategies, and risk management solutions.

The advisor builds and maintains long-term client relationships, ensures compliance with regulatory and FICA requirements, and manages the full advice process from onboarding and implementation to ongoing reviews. They are also accountable for business development, portfolio performance monitoring, and working closely with administrative and support staff to deliver a high standard of client service.
